Hageman Homes LLC is a family owned construction company based out of Foley, Minnesota. Hageman Homes LLC was founded in 2024, when Jacob Hageman took over the family business which Brad Hageman started in 2001. Our team is passionate about construction, bringing expertise, experience, and integrity to all our projects. We are a growing team and are excited for the future as a general contractor and builder.
Meet The Team
Jacob Hageman
Owner
Jacob Hageman is the owner of Hageman Homes LLC, which he started in 2024. He worked for his dad’s concrete contracting business starting at age 14, learning as much as he could about ICF construction and concrete flatwork. Jacob attended Minnesota State University-Mankato, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Studies Education. In addition to running the business during the summers, Jacob has taught high school social studies since 2023. In 2026, he decided to get his residential builders license and move into the construction industry fulltime. Jacob is passionate about construction and education. He brings his love for education into the business by always striving to learn more about construction, business, and leadership. At Hageman Homes LLC, Jacob uses that learning to guide team members in executing projects. Jacob is married to his amazing wife Kacy Hageman, and they have a yellow lab named Cash. Outside of construction, Jacob is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys hunting pheasants and white tail deer, along with fishing year round. Jacob enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is excited about this next chapter of his business and life.
James Peschl
Framing Project Manager
James Peschl is the framing project manager at Hageman Homes LLC. James and Jacob have been good friends since 8th grade. James worked for a framing contractor from 2021-2026 before joining the team at Hageman Homes LLC. James is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting whitetail deer and coyotes, along with fishing year round. He is passionate about construction and leading our team with framing and carpentry.
Matt Schafer
Matt Schafer worked part time for Jacob’s dad’s company before Jacob took over the family business. Matt has been foundational to Hageman Homes LLC’s success and is one of our longest-tenured employees. Matt is passionate about baseball and reading. Matt plays amateur baseball, and owns a private library in Pierz, Minnesota.
Jeffrey DeMarais
Jeffrey DeMarais has worked at Hageman Homes LLC since 2026, after graduating from Foley High School. Jeffrey is passionate about concrete work and joining a growing company and team. Outside of work, Jeffrey enjoys hunting raccoons, coyotes and bears with his hunting dogs.
